Delivers quality products with a commitment to the customer.
A clean workplace with a variety of tasks to perform. A lot of customer interactions. Good location with available parking. Was this review helpful? Fast paced and fun. One of the best jobs I have had. The owners were very involved and have changed things up over the years. Now it seems they are ahead of the market when it comes to wages and benefits.
This shop is the busiest shop or 2nd busiest shop in the whole chain and yet it moves like a well-oiled machine. The GM has been here a long time too.
Wish I did not have to move. Fast paced way to make some extra cash. I worked here as a side gig. I made lots of money and generally had a good time working. Management was supportive and coworkers were helpful. They take care of their drivers. I loved working at blackjack pizza. It was a great work atmosphere, employees got along and worked hard. The pizza was the best I still miss it after 4 years. Overall the work environment was very good.
Flexible hours Possibility for good tips Laid back. Poor Management my franchise owner was incredibly greedy, broken equipment and he would refuse to replace it until it completely stopped working Hours were unreliable, always fluctuated with if you were on the managers good side or not and kissed his butt Not paid enough hourly, depends all on tips and the area you deliver to No chance for advancement No benefits very poor training, almost none at all Poor management, didn't know how to manage employees or treat anyone with respect If you delivery drive you are completely on your own with insurance, if you crash they don't care its on you.
Stop playing favorites, stop being cheap, seek out better franchise owners, make owners and general mangers play by the rules. Always something to do. Met some lifelong friends there! Created some awesome new pizzas that I would have never thought of before! Always smelled like pizza. Always covered in flour. There shifts are very flexible which makes it a great part time job for a student.
Can make good money for the amount of time invested. Shifts can be cut short if sales are slow so it is not always reliable. Heavy wear on your car which means increased car maintenance. Management was pretty good there, sometimes understaffed and under-trained. More effective advertising would and better employee training would help. The best part about the job is the fact you are on your own listening to music and driving all night or day.
You get pretty decent wages with tips. Enough to make in between 15 to 30 dollars an hour depending on how good you are. You are what you make of it for the most part. Really great second job if you need extra cash everyday. The worst part of the job is it puts wear and tear on your vehicle and gas depending on the vehicle. You have to deal with rude customers sometimes.
And if your a morning person it's not for you. Nights are the busiest and when you are required to work most of the time. Don't be to demanding and angry towards the employees. Give the employees time to learn the area and phone systems before getting frustrated. Be flexible with schedule as a lot of employees are using it as a second job or for the flexibility of being able to request days off if needed.
Updated basic strategy guide for What do traditional blackjack and online blackjack players have in common? They forget how to win at blackjack by repeating the same mistake. In five minutes, you can use the same techniques, betting strategies and card-counting secrets that blackjack card counters have used successfully, to take millions of dollars from major casinos.
Playing with perfect strategy is key to beating the house. The biggest advantage comes from counting cards, but the way most online games are designed makes that impossible. That will give you an edge over the house, and over time that will turn into consistent profits. The house has the advantage in blackjack because the player has to complete their hand first, which means they can bust out before the dealer even draws a card.
Knowing exactly how the dealer will act allows players to calculate the mathematically optimal play in any situation. A player who always makes the best possible play can whittle the house edge down to less than half a percent under the best possible circumstances. There are actually two ways for players to have a positive expected return while playing blackjack.
The first is if comps and bonuses are generous enough to more than offset the very small amount of expected losses that come with perfect play. The second is by counting cards or shuffle tracking.
